Domaine La Terrasse d'Elise "Siclene" Blanc Sec 2022, 750ml

Produced from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards located between Aniane and Saint‑Jean‑de‑Fos, on argilo‑calcareous soils with rolled pebbles. The 2022 blend is composed of 40% Roussanne, 40% Marsanne and 20% Chardonnay, harvested by hand at low yields. Vinification is gentle, with fermentation using indigenous yeasts, followed by approximately 6 to 12 months of ageing in French oak barrels. The wine is non‑filtered and lightly sulphured, allowing texture and aromatic complexity to develop while retaining freshness. Bottled at around 14–14.5% abv.

Tasting Note:

Aromas of white flowers, ripe pear and stone fruit with hints of honey, acacia and subtle exotic notes. The palate is supple and textured, balancing a gentle richness with fresh acidity. Flavours of yellow fruit, citrus and light spice lead to a persistent finish marked by poise and mineral length.
