Domaine La Terrasse d'Elise "Le Pradel" 2023, 750ml

This 100% Cinsault is made by Xavier Braujou from old vines situated on clay-limestone and galets roulés soils near Aniane. The grapes were gently vinified with native yeasts using a low-extraction infusion approach. The wine aged in used French oak barrels for 12 months to preserve delicate floral and red fruit purity without raw oak wood tannins.

Tasting Note:

The wine opens with alluring aromas of fresh raspberry, wild cranberry, blood orange, redcurrant, dried rose petals, subtle sweet spices, and lavender garrigue. The palate is silky, ethereal, and finely chiseled, offering a delicate core of red berry fruit balanced by soft, supple tannins and crisp, refreshing acidity. The finish is long, graceful, and fruit driven.
