Sourced from the Grand Cru Vaudésir, planted on steep, south and southwest facing slopes on Kimmeridgian limestone soils. Faithful to Domaine Louis Michel’s signature winemaking philosophy, this wine was fermented with native yeasts and aged for 16 months exclusively in stainless steel vats (100% un-oaked) to preserve pure site expression, precision, and crystalline minerality.

Tasting Note:

The wine opens with refined aromas of white peach, lemon blossom, and pear, underscored by intense chalky minerality and oyster-shell nuances. The palate is full-bodied, concentrated, and textured, displaying a seamless balance of rich orchard fruit and vibrant, driving acidity. The finish is long, complex, and pristine, ending on persistent saline and limestone notes.
