Domaine de la Garreliere Le Blanc de la Mariee 2023, 750ml

100% Sauvignon Blanc from 3.2 hectares of young vines (20–25 years old) planted on aeolian sand over clay and silex (flint) soils in Touraine. The domaine is certified biodynamic with hand-harvested grapes that undergo gentle pneumatic pressing. The wine is fermented with native yeasts in concrete and stainless steel tanks and aged on fine lees for 6 months with no oak used. It is bottled dry.

Tasting Note:

The 2023 opens with aromas of citrus zest, white peach, green apple, gooseberry, and subtle white flowers with mineral and herbal notes. The palate is vibrant and crisp with bright citrus and stone fruit, lively acidity, light herbal character, saline minerality, and a clean, refreshing, persistent finish. Pure, energetic, and highly drinkable.
