Domaine Rapet Père et Fils works sustainably, with careful canopy management and hand-harvesting to preserve fruit integrity. Vinification is traditional, using native yeasts, and the wine was matured in French oak barrels for 12–15 months, with about 20% new oak, striking a balance between purity and structure.
Tasting Note:
The 2023 “Les Belles Filles” shows bright red fruit aromas of cherry and cranberry, lifted by floral notes of peony and subtle spice. The palate is medium-bodied, lively, and precise, with fine tannins and a mineral backbone.
