Domaine Evremond Classic Cuvee Edition 1, 750ml

55% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier from young vines (planted 2017) on chalk-rich soils with south-facing slopes in Chilham, Kent. The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed. The wine is fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel tanks with full malolactic fermentation. It spends 3 years on lees before disgorgement with a dosage of 7 g/l.

Tasting Note:

The NV opens with aromas of green apple, lemon zest, white peach, toasted brioche, and crushed stone with subtle saline minerality. The palate is vibrant and precise with fine creamy mousse, bright citrus and orchard fruit, crisp acidity, chalky texture, and a long, clean, refreshing finish. Elegant, balanced, and full of energy.
