Venegazzu Casa Bianca Asolo Prosecco Superiore Brut N.V. , 750ml

This 100% Glera is sourced from the steep, hilly vineyards of the Asolo DOCG in the Veneto region, where the soils are primarily composed of clay and limestone of volcanic origin. The grapes were hand-harvested and gently pressed to obtain the free-run juice. Primary fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The secondary fermentation was carried out via the Martinotti-Charmat method in autoclaves for approximately 40 to 60 days, allowing for the development of a fine and persistent perlage. Following the sparkling process, the wine stayed in the bottle for 2 months of stabilization before release.

Tasting Note:

The nose is fresh and elegant, featuring vibrant aromas of green apple, white peach, and acacia flowers. The palate is crisp and dry with a creamy mousse, displaying flavors of citrus, pear, and a distinct mineral saltiness characteristic of the Asolo hills. The finish is clean and refreshing with a lingering floral hint.
