Tyrrell's Hunter Valley Chardonnay 2025, 750ml

100% Chardonnay sourced from a selection of vineyard sites across the Pokolbin area in the Hunter Valley. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on lees in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barriques for approximately 8 months to build texture and complexity.

Tasting Note:

The 2025 opens with aromas of white peach, rockmelon, lemon curd, and toasted almond with subtle oak spice and mineral notes. The palate is medium-bodied with generous stone fruit, creamy texture balanced by fresh acidity, integrated oak, and a long, clean, harmonious finish. Elegant, vibrant, and classic Hunter Valley style.
