Domaine Perrot Minot Morey Saint Denis 1er Cru "La Riotte" 2020, 750ml

100% Pinot Noir from old vines in the La Riotte 1er Cru climat in Morey-Saint-Denis on clay-limestone soils. The domaine practices sustainable viticulture with rigorous sorting. The grapes are hand harvested with partial whole cluster fermentation. The wine is aged 16-18 months in French oak barrels with approximately 30-40% new oak. No fining or filtration.

Tasting Note:
Aromas of red cherry, dark fruit, earth and spice on the nose. Firm attack. Concentrated fruit on the mid-palate with structured tannins and fresh acidity. The finish shows good length and 12-18 years of ageing potential.
