100% Aligoté grapes grown around Premeaux-Prissey, where the soils are predominantly limestone-clay. Fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for 6-8 months on its lees.

Tasting Note:
Aromas of citrus, green apple, white flower and mineral notes on the nose. Crisp attack. Fresh and lively fruit on the mid-palate with bright acidity. The finish is clean and refreshing.
