The grapes were hand-harvested in several passes and double-sorted before being gently crushed. Fermentation took place in concrete tanks with a maceration period of 21 to 28 days. The wine aged for a total of 24 months in 100% new French oak barrels. After the first 12 months, the individual lots were blended and returned to the barrels for another 12 months of integration.
