Vines were planted between 1966 and 1989. Fermentation begins with a one-week cold maceration in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, followed by a three-week indigenous yeast fermentation with minimal punch-downs and pump-overs. The wine is aged for 16 months in oak barrels, 25% of which are new.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eTasting Note:\u003cbr\u003e\nAromas of red cherry, dark fruit, earth and spice on the nose. Firm attack. Concentrated fruit on the mid-palate with structured tannins and fresh acidity.
