The hand-harvested bunches are transported in small bins by refrigerated truck to the Bellivière cellar.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes are destemmed, macerated for 4 weeks in open top vats, and fermented individually, followed by barrel ageing between 12 and 24 months.
