The grapes are hand harvested, destemmed and undergo fermentation in open wooden vats with indigenous yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged for 12 to 18 months in French oak barrels with approximately 30% new oak.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eTasting Note:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eAromas of red cherry, raspberry, rose petal and subtle earth on the nose.
